You just received a Basilisk as a gift and it's getting hungry. Do you know how to satiate its voracious appetite without sacrificing your own life?

do they sell "beware of basilisk" signs?
Awesome! Love the picture! It reminds me of an evil Godzilla!
Stories like this one (and the banshee seed) remind me of one of my favorite TV shows.....Supernatural. It's a great show about 2 (hunky) brothers who fight demons, zombies, vampires, evil spirits and many other supernatural legends. Not sure if you've seen the show but you might really like it, especially if you like stories like this, since this is the kind of thing their show is about. Thanks for posting this. :)
I've heard of the show, but never watched it ... I'm currently watching the Angel series on Netflix (as I'm lame and didn't see it when it was airing) ... I'll add that one to my list :)
Lame NOTHING! almost ALL the shows I watch are after they're available on DVD.... hate friggin commercials lol
I also am rarely home when a show comes on. So it's DVR and DVDs through blockbuster online..... the ONLY way to watch TV lol
Hi Colleen! I hope you give Supernatural a shot. It's fantastic, well done and a great show! Just got another friend of mine into it. She watched one episode and fell in love with it too! By the way, watching old shows on Netflix is cool and there's nothing lame about it. Hope you saw Buffy the Vampire Slayer (the TV show) when it was on. If not, give that a try too. *There's also another great TV show that I love, called The Vampire Diaries! It's awesome and everyone is attractive, can actually act and the special effects are pretty good. It's in the down season now, so if you haven't seen it, you could catch up. :)
At this point, you may be feeling pretty hostile at the person who thought it was a good idea to gift you a Basilisk.
"Hostile" wouldn't even come close to what I would be feeling. :o(
I love all things HP.....
Wearing my muggle shirt as I type... I know... geek alert!
